The 25 year old Canadian defenseman joined the Steelers in November 2023 from Norwegian club Stejernen

Dominic played his major junior career in the QMJHL, firstly with Rimouski and then Victoriaville Tigres before spending a year with the University of Ottawa

Turning pro in 2020, Dominic then spent the next two and a half seasons in the ECHL with a variety of teams before heading to Europe in 2023 with HC Banska Bystrica. A move to Stejernen came about in the summer of 23 prior to his tranfer to the Steelers

Head Coach Aaron Fox said “Dominic has joined us at an important time in our season, he is a smooth skating defenseman who will fit in nicely with the D core we already have here

“He is no stranger to a few of the guys in our locker room which will make the settling in procedure an easier one.

“In a short time we can see he is a reliable and dependable player who can play in all situations”
