Will Kerlin saw ice time for the first time, Marco Vallerand netted a hattrick and Mikko Kuukka made his debut – and yes the Steelers scored 10 in Fife beating the Flyers 10-3
It was some night for the Steelers in their first of two road games in Scotland this weekend.

After the long bus ride to Fife and backed by incredible support the Steelers were desperate to make a good start, and that they did with Eric Melland and Davey Phillips scoring the only goals of the opening period
Tim Crowder halved the advantage 33 seconds into the middle period but that was the end of their scoring until late in the night.
Steelers took over and dominated scoring four goals in both the second and third period.
Marco Vallerand netted his first of three on the night at 22.03, the flood gates then opened.
DeLuca at 26.18, Armstrong 29 seconds late and Eberle at 36.09 made it 1-6 after forty minutes.
It was more of the same in the final period. Michael Davies made it 7 at 44.34. Vallerand scored his second on the PP in the 47th minute to make it 1-8
Will Kerlin replace Tomas Duba for the final 8 minutes. James Livingson fired a second for the Flyers at 56.04
Vallerand scored his first Steelers hat-trick 48 seconds later (2-9)
Nikolai Lemtyugov hit double fiigues for the Steelers at 59.00
Fife did manage a third when Chase Schaber beat Kerlin with just 5 seconds remaining.

Steelers now head to Dundee this evening ahead of tomorrows game with the Stars.
