Steelers forward Anthony DeLuca will see the clubs medical staff again today after picking up a lower-body injury in the first shift of Wednesday’s game in Glasgow.
DeLuca was helped off the ice and took no further part in the game that the Steelers won 5-1.
Head Coach Aaron Fox commented “It doesn’t look good and Anthony will have an x-ray on Thursday so we can see the full scenario of his injuries. As yet there is no news to report.
“It’s another injury blow, they have hot us hard all year but we have continued to bounce back. We hope that James Bettauer and Josef Hrabal will be available to play in this weekends games in Cardiff and home to Belfast”
